Safety and Security of Your Information

When you order, we will require your name, e-mail address (card is registered too), credit / debit card number and card expiry date and three digit security number. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

A contact telephone number may also be required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

We confirm that any Personal Information, which you provide to us, and any User Information from which we can identify you, is held in accordance with the UK Data Protection act.

The only personal information we hold on you is your name address and a contact telephone number. This data is not shared with any other third party.  

We do not hold any payment information on file. Payments are taken at the time of the order and once processed, payment details are destroyed. We follow a tight security procedure as required under UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) to protect the information that we store about you from unauthorized access.

Consent

Your use of this web-site signifies your consent to the collection, processing and use of personal information by us for the purpose of administering and dealing with your order or account, Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this site so that you may ensure that you are fully informed of your rights and can notify us of any changes to your preferences.

Dispatch

We try our best to get all new orders dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order. Subscriptions will be dispatched the week following publication. However please allow 10 working days as the volume of sales at this time is high. If you need a copy urgently, please contact our office and we will do our best to express your order.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds of any remaining credit will be refunded to you, however please allow 14 working days. To cancel please call our office on 01945 772082 or via e-mail info@smimag.co.uk.

Returns

If you are unhappy for any reason with you purchase you may return your copy of the magazine within 14 days and receive a refund of the cover price. Please note we are not able to refund the cost of the return postage.
